Well I know I had posted saying I was going to add some new paintings and other creations, but I became busy with starting new life things!

I have an update and I want to share a WIP (work in process) with you, for the time being! I couldn't sleep so I figured, I may as well come on here and prove I haven't walked off or vanished off the face of the earth!

So as you can see, it's slowly coming together and I have been saving it each time I add a few new things...So that I could share the process.

I have decided that I am going to just add my new art here, instead to my website, because they are going to be deactivating bravehost accounts and switching to a new bravesites and changing their rules and stuff...So I am just going to put my new stuff here and not worry about the HTML of things.
So here are a few new paintings.
Well I know you are probably wondering why my clock painting, doesn't have any hands! I did that on purpose, I don't feel it needs any hands as it is a different kind of fantasy time travelers clock lol...I like my art to have a fantasy feel to it, and so this clock does not have hands because it is non-winding, and it's time is infinite. I know it looks amateurish, but I don't care, and I just like to share my art with the world :-)
This is my gears painting, I sketched it out before the clock, but decided to paint the clock first, as to bring in the gears of the clock, so they kind of go together as a pair :-) I may add more to it as I do not feel it is quite finished yet and needs some more shadow and color added.
And this is my new landscape painting, I hadn't painting one in a long time and I have been reading a great landscape painting book which has a lot of good things in there. I'll add a link to it for those who would like to try landscape painting and see that it isn't as hard as it looks :-) I'd also like to add that some of this painting is not visible, because I scanned it and it's a little too big for the scanner, I will try to take a photo of it later and see if it comes out better and post it here in place of this one.
So here is the link for the book I used for a little bit of a guide, there is just so much in it that you'd have to see for yourself, it shows you different techniques and how to use more than one canvas to make a nice big painting for your wall! (2, 3, or even 4 canvases put together as 1) I hope you all enjoy my art because I enjoy creating it and sharing it!

I would like to say sorry for not being around, and here is an update! I have been very busy, with, no school for me, and time with my child. As well as keep busy with other appointments and trying to find a job.
Summer is coming and I am planning on doing a lot of outdoor activities. I have some new paintings that need scanning as well as a few drawings I have finished as well. But due to me being busy with everything else, sadly my website and blog has been neglected. Sorry about that!
Social outside of my home is becoming a new venture so I may be a while before posting post to post.
This is a great blogger, I have been sharing some chats with.
They have a wide range of things to read about and some very funny posts too. They are very intelligent, and well worth the visit.
I hadn't been doing much on blogger lately, so I hadn't noticed it until now!
Sorry I hadn't checked it sooner, perhaps I was a bit self absorbed at the time?
I'm so shocked I don't really know how to express my gratitude, I feel honored to be mentioned on someone's blog! I really don't know what to say...

I also would like to let everyone know I have a new WIP(work in progress) I am adding to one of my art pages. It's just something of a quick sketching practice for me right now until I perfect it. That way I can just improve on my skills and feel more confident in my ability to replicate from photo, still life or live model references. It's an area where I feel most challenged as of right now. Please find edited added info below!
I have also been thinking of losing some of the ads on my site (except the hosting ones added by bravenet of course) and possibly add a donate button. It's in the mind as an idea, but not quite a set on page thing yet.
I will be editing this post later when I finish with my webpages in order to post links to the pages I have worked on today, so with that in mind, please feel free to come back here to my Art Pages blob and see if it has been updated, so you see if I have finished my webpage working today!

If a few of you have been to my site recently and are a repeated viewer, you must have seen some changes I have made. They weren't big changes, but changes none the less.
First I'd like to mention the new form, where you can ask questions, share your links (if you have a banner/code for your site add it..even if you have your site link and a link to your graphic where I can download and add), leave remarks and opinions...Don't worry if you have something private to say, I am the only one who's checking everything! I do everything on the site myself. I'd like to know if you have suggestions, opinions or a newly added feature like a poll or something like that. The new form and links that were on my Home page, have been moved to the links page!
That is why I added the form!
I'd also like to add, that I do not have a mailing list, because I do all the work myself and I don't want to overwhelm myself with too many things to do. I do have a life besides site creation and I have a few other blogs I try to keep up with as well. The website takes the most of my time, because I have to go into editing the code within the HTML format. Sometimes there are so many errors I wonder how they got there.... But I fix them all myself and sometimes little things like that, can take up to 2hrs depending on how many pages I need to check/edit. I'm not complaining though, I really enjoy it, I am just saying it takes some time to get er all done... ;)
So now I understand why webmasters make so much money lol...
I am liking how things are coming along, I didn't get the chance to add the two pieces yet, I am still doing other things that are taking up the time.
So I please ask you all to bare in mind, that I am working hard to please my viewers, so everyone likes what they see. I am very grateful for everyone coming to check for updates and for viewing a part of my world. THANK YOU!!!

Art pages 5, 6 and 7 are all newly added. They have some really old drawings and paintings and some new sketches.
I have added a links page for some great offers, the heading is "Other Links", but I also have a links section on my "Home" page where I share links to other artists links as well.
Since this is my first real blog
posting with more information about my site. I am just going to tell you the story of how everything came about, in a
nutshell!
My website; showcasing my art,
has come a very long way! The website itself started as just me playing around
with html and creating a website for something to do. I didn't have any topics
or any general idea of what the website would be about. But now that I have put
more focus on my creativity, it has become so much more than just a regular
website!
Over the years I have entered free
HTML courses online; to learn more about website creation, for personal
knowledge, of course! I had also join groups online for graphics programs, I
gained knowledge and bettered my creativity in the process. These all being
FREELY learned online, as a personal hobby. With these courses I took, I gained
certification of completion! Even though those certifications were small, they
gave me a sense of pleasure, knowing I had finished something I wanted for
myself. Just simple things like that can give someone confidence to want to do
more and better things for themselves!
I am going through my pages on my website and than when I am finally done that I will post what is new, my next blog posting with be a bit of an introduction.

And this is my blog for my art website! This is the place you would want to be if you wanted to know if anything new has been added, and to where. Without this blog you would have to go to the website and go through all the many different pages to find anything new and try to guess what or where it might be!
This is also a great place to leave comments and or feedback about what you think, what you might like to see, or maybe even some opinion of changes you wouldn't mind seeing! You can make requests, set a challenge for me( if I am up to the challenge) or anything else you might have in mind for my art pages!
